Does anyone else ever feel skinny one day and enormous the next?! I get so confused. People tell me I’m “tiny” but I feel like a fucking whale.
Make time for the gym like you would a boyfriend. Would you Wakeup early or stay up late if your boyfriend asked? Yes you would. Do those things for your gym. Dedicate yourself because from now on you are in a relationship with your body. Be good to it. Exercise daily and dont feed it with garbage.
No more being a prisoner in your own body. Eat less, eat clean, train hard. Make time for exercise even if it’s simple or just a short workout. Make healthy choices everyday.
I binged today.. Wahh! :( Not too bad just peanut butter filled pretzels and dark chocolate. Still not impressed though. Being in control of your body is harder than it sounds.
Master cleanse is going well. I’ve only eaten a few vegetables and fruits in the last three days. Wokeup with an almost flat tummy! Actually pretty proud of myself.

Day 3 master cleanse
Already feeling slightly skinnier. To be completely honest I sort of like hunger pains.. Makes me feel like I’m accomplishing something.
If you were to ask me the secret to becoming skinny..? Tea. Fuckbuckets & Shitloads of tea. Green tea boosts your metabolism. Any tea is great.. It’s basically just water & herbs. Add honey & that’s still barely any cals. Buy many flavors & stop your cravings. Imagine Chai Chocolate tea or Peach tea. Yum ;)
I AM SO SICK OF MY WEIGHT YO-YO-ING!!!! I won’t do it anymore. This time I will be skinny and fucking stay skinny… I AM DEDICATED TO THIS. I will never feel bloated again and soon my thighs won’t rub together. I believe I can do this and I will.. for myself..
I seriously don’t know what happened to my body.. I used to be skinny and perfect.. now i’m hugely pear shaped and disproportionate. I started weight training a lot then had to stop.. all the 25 pounds of muscle I built over winter turned to fat.. Leaving me at the most I have ever weighed .. 132 pounds and I am only 5’3. About a month and half ago I went completely VEGAN!...
Today I start the master cleanse.. I’m going to go as long as I can and be dedicated. I will lose my tummy..and hopefully my massive thighs. I love my upper body but the tummy and thighs have got to go. Wish me luck!
